摘要
研究螺旋桨几何特征和工况特征变化对螺旋桨尾流场和噪声特征的影响。采用黏性多相流理论对螺旋桨尾流场特征进行数值预报。利用N-S方程、混合多相流模型、湍流模型和空化模型数值求解尾流场压力脉动等物理量。将压力脉动数值解和测量噪声声压信号的功率谱低频线谱特征进行分析,表明两者特征具有一定的相关性。最后分析侧斜角和进速系数对压力信号频谱特征的影响,获得了低频线谱幅值分布特征与螺旋桨侧斜角、进速系数等参数的初步关系。
The effect of propeller configuration and working conditions on the propeller wake and its radiated noise are studied in the paper.The viscous multiphase flow theory is used to numerically predict the features of propeller wake.The N-S equations,the mixture multi-phase model,turbulent model and cavitation model are combined to solve and predict the pressure in the propeller wake.The characteristic analysis between the numerical results of pressure and the measured results of noise indicates their interrelation.Finally,the effect of the skewed angle and advancing ratio on the frequency of pressure is investigated.The amplitude of low frequency line spectrum is correlated with the value of the skewed angle and the advancing ratio.
