摘要
对步进电机步距角细分单片机控制系统进行了设计与研究 ,并且对软件程序进行了调试与试验分析。由于步进电机具有快速启停、精确步进、直接接收数字量等特点 ,所以在数控系统中得到广泛应用。但是由于步进电机存在步距角较大及低速振动等问题 ,限制了它在高精度场合下的应用。为解决此问题 ,有必要进行步距角细分。本文采用单片机控制系统实现步距角细分 ,主要以恒频脉冲调宽细分驱动技术进行研究与分析 ,建立了以单片机为核心的微机控制系统并且进行了控制程序的设计与试验。采用单片机控制能够实现步距角细分 ,理论上可以利用软件编程实现步距角任意细分。
The chip microprocessors system for controlling stepper angle fraction of the stepper motor is designed,studied,debugged and analyzed in this paper.With having the characteristics of high speed starting and stopping,accurate stepping,directly receiving numeral quantity,The stepper motor is used widely in numeral controlling system.Due to such problems as bigger stepper angle ,and low speed vibration,the use of the stepper motor in high precision conditions is limited.Thus,it is neccessary to adopt stepper angle fraction.By principally using constant frequency pulse mixing wide fraction driving technology,the chip microprocessors controlling system for realizing stepper angle fraction is researched and analyzed.The chip microprocessors system for controling stepper angle fraction is established,and the chip microprocessors controlling procedure is designed and experimented.
