摘要
针对鄂钢７５ｍ ２ 烧结机抽风机叶轮磨损严重的情况，进行了分析研究。提出了加衬板，再堆焊磨层的修补方法。介绍了采用该方法进行叶轮修复的效果及所获得的经济效益。
Point at the aspect of serious abrasion wear of down draft fan wheels in 75m 2 sintering plant,E-Cheng I&S Co.,some research were conducted.As a result,the repair method by installing liner , and than building-up welding was proposed.The repair effect of this method and economic benefit thereby gained were presented.
