摘要
在大量实测和分析支持辊磨损辊形的基础上 ,建立了热轧精轧机组支持辊的磨损预报模型 ,且采用改进后的混合遗传算法对模型参数进行了估计。并介绍了可以改善支持辊的磨损 。
The wear model of backup rolls in finishing trains of hot strip rolling was developed on the basis of plenty of measuring and analyzing of the rolls’ wear profile.The model coefficients were estimated by making use of hybrid genetic algorithms.In addition,the application of VCRs to production was introduced which could reduce the wear of backup rolls and improve their self keeping ability of profile.
