摘要
2012年全国广播影视科技工作会议上,总局科技司王效杰司长围绕广播电视覆盖技术政策和管理要求的主题作了专题报告,重点阐述了当前广播电视覆盖技术政策,有线电视网络、直播卫星、地面数字电视、移动多媒体广播电视的发展要求,以及传输覆盖网的管理要求,报告内容有助于进一步加强管理、严格执法,确保广播电视无线传输覆盖网的正常运行和广播电视事业的健康有序发展。
At the National Radio,Film and Television Technology Working Conference2012,Wang Xiaojie,director of the Science and Technology Department of theSARFT,made a report about technology policy and management requirement of radio andtelevision coverage,focused on current technology policy of radio and television coverage,development requirements of CATV,DBS,DTTV and CMMB,and management requirementsof transmission and coverage network.This report will be helpful in doing management andenforcement,and ensure the operation of wireless network and the industry's development.
