摘要
以供应链理论为依托,对城市轨道交通运营物资采购管理问题进行了深入研究,明确了轨道交通运营企业在供应链中所处位置及运营物资采购管理过程中的矛盾和问题,提出了创新供应模式,加强供应商管理,协调企业内外部关系等优化措施。
Using supply chain theories, the paper studies in-depth the management of operational materials purchasing for urban rail-transit systems, ascertains the position of rail-transit operators within the supply chain as well as the conflicts and other problems in the purchasing proeess, and finally suggests optimizing measures such as innovating supply mode, strengthening supplier management and coordinating corporate internal and external relations.
