摘要
要爆破的桥为复合结构,拆除两端钢筋混凝土结构引桥后,剩下江中7孔部分为石拱桥,长270.3 m,宽10.2 m。爆破环境复杂,南岸距居民楼16 m,中间距状元洲公园设施5 m,控制飞石和振动是重点。对结构进行分析,确保倒塌的情况下,减少钻爆工作量是方案优化的要点。详细讨论了石拱桥坍塌机理、装药参数的设计和起爆网路,结合倒塌过程图像对下落过程进行了分析。
The bridge be demolished is a composite structure,the two ending are reinforced concrete structure,the other 7 arches are stone arch bridge.The whole length is 277.3 m and the width is 10.2 m.the surrounding of blasting was complex,whose south ending is 16m part from resident building and the center is 5m away from the Zhuangyuan island facilities.So the control of fly rock and blasting vibration was very important.Through analyzing the structure and assuring the smooth collapse,the key points of blasting scheme was decreasing the drilling work.The collapse mechanism of stone arch bridge,the drilling-and-charging parameters and initiation circuit were discussed in detail.The falling process was also analyzed by the picture of bridge collapse.
