摘要
经济全球化和网络信息时代的竞争新形势使涉外旅游企业对人才的职业能力提出了更高和更新的要求。为使高职院校培养出的涉外旅游人才更能满足用人单位的需求,本研究通过问卷调查、访谈和网络调查,了解苏州涉外旅游从业人员的职业能力要求。调查结果显示,涉外旅游从业人员的职业能力主要包括英语语言能力,特别是口语能力;计算机能力,其中主要是办公软件的熟练操作,网页制作和操作等;关键能力和身心素质。建议苏州的某些高职院校开设涉外旅游专业,根据职业能力要求设计人才培养方案,培养涉外旅游人才。
The economic globalization and Internet information age set high demands for those working in tourism enterprises concerning foreign affairs.This study learned the latest occupational competencies of tourism professionals concerning foreign affairs in Suzhou through questionnaire survey,interviews and information on the Internet.The results show that the main occupational competencies include English language;esp.spoken English,and computer competences,such as office software operation,webpage making and operation;and the key ability and physical and psychological quality.To meet the demands for international tourism talents,international tourism specialty can be offered in higher vocational colleges in Suzhou and competence-based courses should be offered to cultivate international tourism talents.
