摘要
结合城市道路施工的特殊性,针对城市道路施工中人员、管理、工艺等方面存在的问题进行了分析,并分别提出了相应对策,包括加强岗位技能培训,建立健全现场管理制度,合理施工三方面内容,以期指导实践。
Combining the specialty of the urban road construction,the paper analyzes the problems including the personnel,the management and the craft,and other aspects,in the urban road construction,points out the respective policies from three aspects,such as the improvement of the on-the-job skills training,the establishment of full-sided field management system and the reasonable construction,so as to direct the practice.
