摘要
公元前316年秦灭巴、蜀两国,分置巴、蜀二郡,拉开了中原王朝在西南地区设置郡县的序幕。张若、李冰为最早的两任蜀郡太守,而此时的昭通境域即有部分属于蜀郡。秦汉以降蜀郡凭借四川盆地的地理优势,以及得中原文化风气之先的历史机遇,对南中地区起到了广阔的辐射和强劲的带动作用,昭通政区的沿革演变亦与蜀郡的分合调整息息相关。
tThere were three counties had been set up on the southwest China when Ba and Shu kingdom were elimina- ted by Qin kingdom in 316 BC,that is Ba,Shu and Hanzhong county. After that, Qin kingdom carried out a two-track system that both the system of enfeoffment and system of prefectures and counties are existenced at Shujun. But three Marquis of Shu was killed dued to their rebellion. Then Qin kingdom carried out a ultimately prefectures and counties system at Shu area after 30 years of military repression and the painstaking efforts. Shujun had played a important role by driving effect to the Southwest region because of its geographical advantage with the Sichuan Basin and the historic oppor- tunity promoted by the Central Plains culture. Zhang Ruo and Li Bing was the two prefect of Shujun and Chaotung realm was a part of Shujun at this time. The establishment of Shu county, in fact, set a precedent administrative region of Cha- otung, which started a two-thousand-year＇s complex and tortuous administrative region history of Chaotung.
