摘要
随着现代工业的发展,电动机的使用越来越广,用户对电动机的要求也越来越高,但同时电动机运行过程中出现的问题越来越多,而目前的管理状况也存在许多问题。本文从可靠性的基本概念出发,分析电动机常见故障,建立电动机的故障树,对电动机进行可靠性分析,并设计出电动机的可靠性维修管理模型。
With the development of modern industry, the motor is used more widely. The motor is increasingly high standards demanded by users, while the motor has more and more problems, and there are many problems under the current management situation. This paper described the basic concept of reliability, analysis of motor common fault, the establish- ment of motor fault trees, reliability analysis of the motor and designs reliability maintenance management model of the mo- tor.
