摘要
随着现代工业的发展,焊接技术和焊接工艺不断提高,在加工机械中越来越多地采用了焊接结构。焊接结构具有生产周期短、质量轻、成本低、所需设备简单、改型快等优点。以加工轮毂的龙门钻床的底座为研究对象,通过采用有限元软件ANSYS10.0计算分析龙门钻工作钻床的应力分布、变形、固有频率及振型,确定龙门钻底座采用焊接件结构具有较大的抵抗破坏能力,并对底座结构的薄弱环节提出了改进方案。
With the development of modern industry, welding technology and welding technology improvement, welded structures in the processing machine have more and more examples, and the welded structures have advantages such as short production cycle, light weight, low cost, simple equipment required , modified fast, and many others. The goal of process-ing drilling wheel base is for the studying by using the finite element analysis software ANSYSIO. 0 to calculate drilling gan- try drilling work stress distribution, deformation, natural frequency and mode shapes. The use of welded base drilling gan- try structure with a large resistance to destructive power was gotten through analyzing the results. Improvements were pro- posed for the weak links in the base structure.
