摘要
目的探讨α微管蛋白(α-tubulin)在非小细胞肺癌(non-small cell lung cancer,NSCLC)中的表达及其临床意义。方法通过组织芯片技术及免疫组化方法检测91例NSCLC手术切除后的石蜡标本中α-tubulin表达状况,并与患者临床病理资料及预后进行统计分析。结果α-tubulin在NSCLC肿瘤细胞胞浆中存在广泛表达,其中38.46%(35/91)为高表达;≤55岁患者中α-tubulin高表达者显著高于>55岁患者(χ2=6.267,P=0.012),Ⅰ期和Ⅱ期高表达者显著高于Ⅲ期(χ2=4.280,P=0.039),鳞癌中高表达者显著高于腺癌(χ2=4.067,P=0.044),但α-tubulin的表达与性别、吸烟状况、肿瘤大小、淋巴结转移程度无关(P>0.05)。α-tubulin高表达组与低表达组的预后无显著差异,但在年龄≤55岁以及鳞癌患者中α-tubulin高表达组生存期显著高于低表达组(P<0.05)。结论α-tubulin在NSCLC中存在广泛表达,且高表达者与NSCLC患者年龄、肿瘤分期和病理类型及预后显著相关。
Objective to investigate the expression and the clinical significance of in non-small cell lung cancer(NSCLC).Methods the expression of α-tubulin in 91 cases of NSCLC paraffin specimens were assessed by immunohistochemistry using tissue microarray technique,and the correlations with clinicopathologic findings and survival were statistically analyzed.Results the α-tubulin is widely expressed in the patients ≤55 years is significantly higher than that in patients 55 years(χ2=6.267,P=0.012),cytoplasm of NSCLC tissues with a over expression rate of 38.46%(35/91);the over expression were shown significantly higher in stage Ⅰ and Ⅱ than in stage Ⅲ(χ2=4.280,P=0.039) and squamous cancer than in adenocarcinoma(χ2=4.067,P=0.044).However,there is no significant relationship between the expression level of α-tubulin and gender,smoking history,the tumor size or the stage of lymphatic metastasis(P〉0.05).There is no significant difference in prognosis between the patients with over expression of α-tubulin and the patients with lower exprssion of α-tubulin as a whole,whereas the survival of the patients ≤55 years with over expression of α-tubulin or patients with squamous carcinoma is significantly better than that of lower expression cases.Conclusion the α-tubulin is widely expressed in NSCLC and the over expression of α-tubulin is significantly correlated with the age,tumor staging and pathological type as well as the clinical prognosis of patients.
