摘要
在无排泥条件下,通过对MBR系统中发生的非丝状菌污泥膨胀现象的研究发现:污泥膨胀导致污泥沉降性变差,系统污泥量上升,对TN的去除率较低且不稳定,但对COD和氨氮的去除效果影响不大,去除率分别能达到80%和90%以上;在初期对TP的去除率较高,随着污泥停留时间的延长,对TP的去除率逐渐下降。通过减少曝气量、降低进水COD和TN浓度、增加进水TP浓度,能有效解决MBR中发生的非丝状菌污泥膨胀现象,同时能降低污泥产率。
Non-filamentous sludge bulking in the MBR system without sludge discharge was studied. It was found that due to sludge bulking, the sludge settleability became poor, the sludge production increased, and the removal rate of TN was low and unstable. The removal efficieneies of COD and ammonia nitrogen were little affected, and their removal rates were above 80% and 90% respectively. The removal rate of TP was higher in the first stage and was reduced with increase of SRT. By reducing the aeration intensity and influent COD and TN concentrations and increasing influent TP concentration, the non-filamentous sludge bulking phenomenon in MBR can be effectively prevented and sludge production can be reduced.
