摘要
为了使对转永磁同步推进电动机结构简单,性能可靠,建立了该电机的无传感器控制系统。介绍了对转永磁同步推进电动机的结构,建立了电机的数学模型,设计了基于锁相环技术的转速跟踪观测器,提出了一种基于旋转高频电压注入的速度检测方法,可实现对转永磁同步推进电动机全速域内无传感器控制。仿真结果证明该方法能完成对转永磁同步推进电动机的调速控制,并实现扰动下的双转子转速跟随,且响应迅速,鲁棒性强。
In order to obtain anti-rotary PMSM (AR PMSM) with simple configuration and reliable performance, the sensorless control system for AR PMSM was studied. After the mathematic model being deduced according to its character, a speed tracking obverser was designed on the basis of phase lockd loop. A method of speed detection was proposed based on high frequency rotating voltage injection, which can accomplish sensorless control in all speed scope for AR PMSM. The simulation result verifies that sensorless control system is competent in speed regulation for AR PMSM, and it can realize the speed following in disturbance with advantages of quick torque response and high mechanical robustness.
