窄间隙N_2放电过程粒子动力学特性 被引量:1

Particle dynamics property of the narrow-gap N_2 during its discharge process

摘要 采用粒子连续性方程耦合泊松方程构建了N2气体放电流体模型,使用有限元法对该模型求解,获得了窄间隙(5 mm)N2气体放电过程粒子动力学特性。通过对N2气体放电过程的仿真,得知N2气体放电时的电子崩转化成了流注,不同初始种子电子对放电过程具有不同影响;而且从微观上加深了对N2及其相关气体放电过程的认识。 N2 gas discharge fluid model is built by employing the continuity equation-the Poisson's equation and the model is worked out by using finite element method.Thus,obtained is the particle dynamics property of the narrow-gap(5 mm) N2 during its discharge process.Through imitating the N2 gas discharge process,the author finds that the electron avalanche turns into streamer and different initial seed electron will exert different influence on the discharge process.Besides,we can deeply know,from the micro perspective,the discharge process of N2 and other related gases.
