摘要
分析了海南省农林外来有害生物危害现状,结合海南发展形势,阐述建立和完善海南农林外来有害生物入侵预警体系的必要性,提出了构建海南农林外来有害生物预警体系框架初步构想。
The harm actuality of alien invasive species in Hainan is analyzed.With the development of Hainan Province,the necessity to construct and consummate an early-warning system for invasive alien organisms of agriculture and forestry in Hainan is expounded.The construction of the early-warning system is put forward as a reference for the relevant government departments and scientific research institutions.
