摘要 目的探讨降低管电压对体质指数(BMI)在正常范围内的患者进行双源CT冠状动脉(CTA)检查的临床应用价值。方法将36例BMI在正常范围内并进行冠状动脉CTA检查的患者随机分成两组,A组管电压采用常规扫描120kV;B组管电压采用100kV,均采用回顾性心电门控螺旋扫描。对两组图像的血管强化程度、重建血管清晰度以及辐射剂量进行分析评价。结果 36例患者检查均成功,图像质量分级与kV剂量之间差异无统计学意义(χ2=2.707,P=0.258),两组间平均有效剂量差异有统计学意义(t=8.618,P=0.000),两组各分支冠脉管腔内CT值之间差异均有统计学意义。结论对BMI在正常范围内的患者,冠状动脉CTA采用100kV检查,在保证图像质量的同时可明显降低辐射剂量,减少对患者的损伤,同时还有降低对比剂使用剂量的空间。 Objective To evaluate the clinical application of low kV scanning in coronary dual - source CT CTA examination in patients with normal body mass index. Methods 36 patients with normal BMI were ran- domly divided into two groups, A group of conventional scanning tube voltage 120kV, tube current with 420mAs/Rot; B group of tube voltage with 100kV, tube current by 360mAs/Rot, are used retrospectively ECG - gated spiral scanning. Results 36 patients were successfully inspected. Grading and kV image quality showed no significant difference between two groups ( X2 = 2. 707, P = 0.258 ) Average effective dose between the two groups were significantly different (t = 8. 618, P = 0. 000). Coronary luminal CT values in 2 groups showed significant differences. Conclusion For patients with normal BMI,coronary CTA using 100kV check can ensure image quality ,reduce the radiation dose and injury to patients.
