从NCCN临床实践指南更新看直肠癌外科个体化治疗的进步 被引量：13

摘要 进入21世纪以来，直肠癌诊治领域的进展日新月异。影像学诊断方法的完善、全直肠系膜切除术ftotalmesorectalexcision，TME）手术方式的确立、腹腔镜微创手术的引入、新型化疗和靶向药物的问世以及新辅助治疗理念的发展令临床医生耳目一新。以高级别循证医学研究和专家共识为基础制定的NCCN临床实践指南已成为建立临床科学思维与完成个体化实践的重要参考依据。
