摘要
通过应用GGR浸泡插穗,对中国沙棘雌株扦插育苗成活及生长的影响的研究,结果表明,GGR对中国沙棘雌株扦插育苗成活率、苗高、地径及主根生长有显著影响。用GGR处理插穗的苗木成活率为82.1%,平均高53.83cm,地径0.46 cm,主根长0.26 cm,均高于未处理的苗木。
Using GGR to immerse cuttings, female of survival rate ＆ growth for female plants of Hippophae rhamnoides L. subsp, sinensis were studied. Result shows that GGR have significant effects on survival rate, seedling height, ground diame- ter,root growth of female plants of Hippophae rhamnoides L. subsp, sinensis. Survival rate, mean height, ground diameter, main root length of seedlings being treated by using GGR are 82.1% ,53.83 cm,0.46 cm,0.26 cm respectively;they are all higher than that of the seedlings not beinz treated.
