摘要
通过对我院手术室使用的三种不同电刀极板结合 4例烧伤病例进行分析及对比研究 ,结果金属极板组发生烧伤 4例 ,余两组未发生烧伤 ,P <0 0 5 ,差异有显著性。橡胶极板使用操作较麻烦 ,且有反复使用易造成交叉感染之嫌。 3M软极板具有高导电性和高安全性的优点 ,操作简便 ,无交叉感染之虑。作者认为目前临床上所用较为理想的极板是 3M电刀极板。
By analizing and constrast using three different kinds of polar plates of electric knives and 4 cases with burn in operating room in our hospital,we found four patients happened burn with metal polar plates and other two groups had no burn case (P<0.05). There was obvious difference. Rubber polar plates was complicated in operation and could easily produced cross infection when it was applicated repeatedly. 3M soft polar plates have advantages of high electric conductivity and high safety,easily operated and had no chance to get cross infection. It was considered 3M electric knife polar plates is an ideal polar plates in clinic use and avoids using metal polar as far plates.as possible
