摘要
目的:研究颈腰痛消汤的抗炎镇痛作用。方法:采用二甲苯致小鼠耳炎症和蛋清致大鼠足跖炎症方法,观察颈腰痛消汤的抗炎作用;采用醋酸致痛及热致痛模型,观察颈腰痛消汤的镇痛作用。结果:颈腰痛消汤可减轻二甲苯致小鼠耳炎症反应的肿胀度,减轻蛋清所致大鼠足趾肿胀度,显著减少醋酸致痛时小鼠扭体反应数,明显提高热致痛小鼠的痛阈值。结论:颈腰痛消汤具有明显的抗炎镇痛作用。
Objective:To investigate the anti-inflammation and analgesic actions of the Jingyao Tongxiao decoction.Methods:To observe the anti-inflammatory effects of the Jingyao Tongxiao decoction,using acetic acid-induced pain and thermal hyperalgesia model,observing the analgesic effect of the Jingyao Tongxiao decoction.Results:The Jingyao Tongxiao decoction could reduce the swelling of ear inflammation reaction of mice caused by xylene,mitigate swelling of rat paw caused by egg white,significantly reduce the acetic acid-induced pain in mice writhing number,increased the pain threshold of thermally induced pain in mice.Conclusion:The Jingyao Tongxiao decoction had the power of inflammatory and analgesic.
