摘要
用6种分散染料在高温高压下对苄基化改性杉木粉进行染色,并用红外光谱分析仪和扫描电镜对其进行了微观分析。结果表明:染色苄基化杉木粉的色光与相应染料染色涤纶织物的色光较为接近,比染色原杉木粉的色光更鲜艳,色差更小,染料上染百分率高于在原杉木粉上染色的上染百分率。分散染料在苄基化杉木粉上的染色表现为物理吸附,染料分子被吸附在苄基化杉木粉表面和微孔中,并赋予苄基化杉木粉平滑的表面,使染色苄基化杉木粉呈现鲜艳的色彩和高上染百分率。
The dyeing properties of benzylated fir powder with six disperse dyes under high temperature and high pressure were investigated. The characterization of the samples was analyzed by fourier transform infrared spectroscopy (FT-IR) and scanning electron micrograph (SEM). The dyeing results indicated that the color shade of dyed modified wood was similar to that of dyed polyester fabric. The color difference (AE) of dyed modified wood was smaller than that of dyed unmodified wood. In addition, the percentage of dyeexhaustion (%E)) of dyed modified wood was higher than that of dyed unmodified wood under the same dyeing conditions. These dyes molecules were adsorbed on the surface and into the microporous of benzylated fir powder. The dominant mechanism of the disperse dyes adsorption on benzylated fir powder is physical adsorption. A brighter color and higher percentage of dye exhaustion were gained due to the fact that the benzylated modification led to a smooth surface of fir powder.
