摘要
信息技术的快速发展和广泛应用,不仅彻底改变了当今人类的生存方式,而且也改变了人类对战争的认识和作战方式。信息力已成为信息化条件下军队战斗力组成要素中最具活力的主导性要素,对战斗力将产生巨大的影响,同时也改变了军队战斗力的实现方法和增长途径。因此,以信息力生成为突破,对实现我军战斗力质的跃升具有十分重要的现实意义。
The fast development and extensive application of information technology changes not only the existent method of human nowadays, but also the cognition and operational method of human beings on war. Under the condition of informationization, among all the composing factors of force battle capacity, information effectiveness has become a most active and dominant one. Information effectiveness brings an enormous effect on battle capacity, and thus changes its realizing method and increasing approach. As a breakthrough, the generation of information effectiveness has an important practical significance to the exaltation of battle capacity.
