摘要
探讨了饱和负荷预测工作的必要性和紧迫性,针对人均用电量法在饱和负荷预测中的应用过程做了详尽的说明,给出了预测模型中各变量子模型及其参数的确定方法,并以福建省的历史统计数据为例,验证了该方法的预测精度。
This paper discussed the necessity and the urgency of the saturated load forecasting work firstly, and made a detailed explanation of the application of the per-person electricity consumption method into it then, some sub-models and the way to get their parameters were given as well. A case study was carried out according to the situation of Fujian Province. The result verified the accuracy of this method.
