摘要
目的探讨病区备用药物安全管理的方法。方法分析目前病区备用药物管理中的安全隐患,通过药学人员工作的干预,制定专人负责制度,加强护士的药品知识学习,做好药品的分类、保管、应用。结果无论是在抢救患者还是日常医嘱,备用药物品种、数量和质量均能满足临床使用,增长了护理人员对药物安全管理的认识,提高了工作效率,减少药物资源浪费。结论通过药学人员适当干预,规范病区备用药物管理,可减少用药安全隐患。
To explore alternate methods of drug safety management in Ward. Method Analysis of alternative drugs in wards in the management of security risks, by pharmacy personnel interventions, development specialist is responsible for the system, strengthen nursing drug knowledge learning, classification, storage, application of drugs. Results Both in treatment of patients and in the daily doctor＇s advice, alternative drug clinical use of the variety, quantity and quality have been satisfied, an increase of awareness of nursing staff on drug safety management, increase productivity, reduce drug wastage of resources. Conclusion By pharmacy personnel appropriate intervention, regulating alternate drug management in Ward, may reduce the security risks of drug use.
