Fingertip injuries have fine structure and a broad range of sensory capabilities.With a functionally important impact on day to day living as the fingertip is the most used part of the upper limb and as such is particularly vulnerable to trauma.Fingertip injuries are common and important in the trauma.Proper evaluation,diagnosis,triage,and treatment of fingertip injuries are vital for optimal function of the hand and good appearance.
