摘要
目的探讨宫腔镜检查术中护理配合的最佳途径,以提高宫腔镜检查术中护理质量的整体水平。方法对2009年8月～2011年8月416例宫腔镜检查术中的护理措施进行回顾性分析。术前认真做好各项准备工作,对患者进行心理护理,术中密切配合医生并严密观察病情变化。结果本组患者宫腔镜检查和手术中均无严重并发症,术后48h均完全恢复自由活动。结论认真做好术前准备和心理护理、加强术中护理配合及术后护理,是保证宫腔镜检查术程顺利、避免或减少并发症的关键。
Objective Explore the best way to the hysteroscopy care with,In order to improve the overall level of quality of care in the hysteroscopy.Methods Care measures in August 2009 to August 2011 416 cases of Hysteroscopy were retrospectively analyzed.Conscientiously do the preparatory work before surgery,psychological care of patients,and closely cooperate with the doctors surgery and close observation of changes in condition.Results There were no severe complications in this group of patients hysteroscopy and surgery,48h after surgery were fully restored freedom of movement.Conclusion Do a good job of preoperative preparation and psychological care,to enhance the care co-ordination and post-operative care in surgery,Is to ensure that hysteroscopy Chengshun Li,avoid or reduce complications.
