摘要
文章从煤炭企业社会责任成本涵义着手,分析了煤炭企业社会责任成本的特点,提出了解决煤炭企业社会责任成本负担的途径和配套政策,促使煤炭企业在节约资源、保护环境、增加员工子女就业、改善矿区居民生活等社会责任上实现可持续发展。
From the meaning on the social responsibility cost of the coal enterprises,the features of the social responsibility cost of the coal enterprises were analyzed. The access and related policies were provided for the coal enterprise to take the social responsibility cost and could make the coal enterprise to have the sustainable development base on the resources saving,environment protection,more employments for the staff＇s children,people＇s life improvement in the mining area,and other social responsibility.
