摘要
目的探讨胫腓骨骨折内固定术后感染的有效治疗方法及疗效。方法对2008年至2010年收治的23例胫腓骨骨折内固定术后感染患者采用清创、置管冲洗加负压封闭引流的方法进行治疗,18例保留内固定装置,5例更换外固定支架。结果23例患者中21例在术后获得10～36个月(平均18个月)的随访,全部感染获得控制,其中20例无复发,骨折最终均获得骨性愈合,骨折平均愈合时间约6.5个月,无一例出现畸形愈合、关节僵硬等并发症。结论清创、置管冲洗加负压封闭引流是治疗胫腓骨骨折内固定术后感染较为有效的方法。
Objective To explore the effective treating methods for the postoperative infection of the tibia and fibular fractures and to e- valuate the outcome. Methods Totally 23 infection cases after internal fixation in the tibia and fibular fractures from 2008 to 2010 were treated with debridement, lavage and vacuum sealing drainage. Results During the following-up period of 10 - 36 months （ 18 months in av- erage） in the 21cases out of 23 cases, the infection were controlled effectively with no case of malunion and anchylosis being observed. No recurrence was occurred in 20 cases. The average recovery time was 6.5 months in average. Conclusion It is an efficient way to treat the infection after internal fixation in the tibia and fibular fractures with debridement, lavage and vacuum sealing drainage.
