摘要
目的研究革兰染色法在阴道分泌物真菌检验中的临床应用。方法 2009年1月～2011年8月收集我院妇科门诊及体检患者阴道分泌物764例,均分为两份分别采用生理盐水法与革兰染色法进行真菌检验并比较分析。结果对764例患者阴道分泌物分别进行真菌检验,革兰染色法阳性率41.5%(317/764),直接镜检法28.9%(221/764),两者比较差异有统计学意义(χ2=133.707,P=0.000)。对两种方法的关联性进行McNember检验,结果为χ2=94.010,P=0.000,提示两种方法检出阳性率具有相关性。结论革兰染色法在阴道分泌物真菌检验中具有更好的敏感性,检出率高,值得临床检验进一步推广应用。
Objective To investigate efficacy of Gram＇s staining in fungal infection test of vaginal discharge. Methods From January 2009 to August 2011 ,the vaginal discharge of 764 cases were collected and tested for fungal infection by both Gram＇ s staining and direct wet slices. The positive rate of fungal infection and correlation of the two tests were analyzed by SPSS 17.0 for Windows. Results Compared to the direct wet slices, the positive rates of fungal infection by Gram＇s staining resulted in significant difference （41.5% vs 28.9%, X2=133.707,P = 0.000）. McNember test for correlation between the two tests showed significant correlation （X2=94.010 ,P = 0.000）. Conclusion The Gram＇s staining in fungal infection test of vaginal discharge has better sensivity,which deserves wide application.
