摘要
现代服务业集聚区是促进城市现代服务业发展的载体。通过典型省际边缘型城市—徐州市现代服务业集聚区发展特点深入分析,认为徐州市现代服务业集聚区发展中存在产业支撑基础薄弱、现代服务业需求空间小、消费需求拉动能力不足和科技人才缺乏等问题,并据此,提出了现代服务业集聚区的发展模式,即生产性服务业型集聚区、服务外包型集聚区和总部经济型集聚区等3种发展模式。
Modem service industry cluster districts is the carrier to the development of modem service industries. The paper analyses characteristics of the Modem service industry cluster districts in Xuzhou. Four limiting factors are found： weak support foundation,small space requirement of the modem service industry, a lack of consumer demands pull and insufficient technology talents. Based on this analysis, three development models are classified：productive service industry cluster districts, service outsoureing cluster districts and headquarters economy cluster districts.
