摘要
企业战略协同效应反映了企业内部管理的有序程度以及对商业环境的适应性,对战略协同效应进行测度有助于战略执行的有效控制。在对战略协同效应界定的基础上,从结构、能力和文化三个维度构建协同度模型的框架和指标体系,提出评判标准和操作方法,以同行业企业的经营管理数据作为参考,通过实证验证战略协同效应测度模型的具体应用。
The enterprise strategy synergistic effect reflects the order of the internal management and the adaptability of the business environment. To measure the strategy synergistic effect can contribute to the effectively control of implementation of the strategy. Based on the definition of strategy synergistic effect, the paper constitutes the framework and the indicator system model from three dimensions: structure, capability and culture. The paper proposes judgment criteria and method of operation taking the business management data of enterprise within the same industry as references. The paper proves the specific application of the model about the measurement of strategy synergistic effect through empirical test.
