摘要
目的建立毛冬青药材的显微鉴别和薄层鉴别方法。方法采集不同地区的毛冬青药材,对药材粉末进行显微鉴别,发现其共同的显微特征;采用薄层方法对毛冬青药材进行薄层鉴别,用其特征性对照品及对照药材来进行比较。结果显微鉴别显示多批药材粉末中均有淀粉粒、具缘纹孔导管、石细胞及晶纤维;薄层鉴别显示多批毛冬青药材在对照药材及IlexgeninA、毛冬青皂苷甲、毛冬青皂苷B1和毛冬青皂苷B2对照品相应位置上,显相同颜色的斑点。结论所建立方法适用于毛冬青药材的鉴别及质量控制。
Objective To establish the method of micro-character identification and thin-layer chromatograph of Ilex Pubescen. Methods The roots of Ilex Pubesens were collected from different places and the common micro characters of the compound were observed and identifid by TLC. Results The micro-identification showed the same characters：starch grains,bordered pits vessels,stone cells and crystal fiber.The thin-layer chromatograph showed that the Ilex Pubescens had the similar spots with the mixed reference substance and the reference medicine at the same position. Conclusion The method can be used to identify and control the quality of Ilex Pubescen
