摘要
本文通过对板栗木材密度与年轮宽度的研究表明,板栗木材年轮宽度较窄,为0.21cm,近髓心宽度较大,后期呈较平稳的下降趋势;年轮密度从髓心向外一直呈逐渐下降趋势;平均木材密度为0.6164g/cm3,最大密度为0.7785g/cm3,最小密度为0.3774g/cm3,早材密度0.4835g/cm3,晚材密度0.6821g/cm3,变异幅度0.439,密度梯度23.6978,木材面积密度为0.6301g/cm3,在国产商品材中属优良木材。年轮密度与年轮宽度之间的相关系数为0.6821,回归方程为y=0.91x+0.3298。建议板栗在作为经济林培育的同时,可以作为果材兼用林和用材林培育。
The annual ring of Chinese chestnut, Castanea mollissima, is as narrow as 0.21 cm. Although the breadth near the pith is big, it becomes steadily smaller with the tree age. The ring density decreases gradually from the pith outward. The wood density ranges from 0.7785g/cm 3 to 0.3774g/cm 3, with the mean value being 0.6164g/cm 3. The density of early wood is 0.4835g/cm 3, while that of the late wood is 0.6821g/cm 3. The variation is 0.439, and the density gradient 23.6978. The wood area density is 0.6301g/cm 3. All these indicate that the wood of Chinese chestnut is among the collection of national good commercial varieties.
