摘要
目的观察乙酰谷酰胺联合醒脑静注射液治疗急性酒精中毒的临床疗效。方法将我院急诊科2009年2月至2010年10月收治的急性酒精中毒患者80例完全随机分为研究组（40例）和对照组（40例），研究组在常规内科综合治疗基础上应用乙酰谷酰胺联合醒脑静注射液治疗，对照组在常规内科综合治疗基础上应用乙酰谷酰胺治疗。结果经过治疗，2组患者均不同程度恢复。研究组治愈35例（87．5％），有效4例（10．0％），总有效39例（97．5％）；对照组治愈30例（75．0％），有效4例（10．0％），总有效34例（85．O％）。研究组在总有效率和治愈率方面均优于对照组，差异有统计学意义（P〈0．05）。2组患者治疗后酒后清醒时间和酒后症状消失时间[研究组分别为（1．3±0．1）、（4．8±0．6）h；对照组分别为（4．2±0．8）、（10．3±1．5）h]差异具有统计学意义（P〈0．05）。结论乙酰谷酰胺联合醒脑静注射液治疗急性酒精中毒能显著提高疗效，缩短恢复时间，在临床急救中值得推广使用。
Objective To observe the clinical efficacy of the acute alcohol poisoning is treated by application of acetylglutamide combined with xingnaojing injection. Methods In the emergency department of our hospital from February 2009 to October 2010 October, 80 patients with acute alcohol poisoning were randomly divided into two groups. The experimental group was treated by the application of acetylglutamide combined with xingnaojing injection based on the routine medical therapy; the control group is treated by the application of acetylglutamide based on the routine medical therapy. Results Patients in both groups recovered differently after treatment. In the experimental group ,35 cases were cured （87.5 % ）and 4 cases showed effective （10%）, accordingly the total effectiveness was 97.5 % （39 cases）. In the control group, 30 cases were cured （75%）and 4 cases showed effective （ 10% ）, accordingly the total effectiveness was 34 cases （85%）. Regarding the total effective rate and cure rate, the experimental group had a higher rate than the control group （ P 〈 0.05 ）. Regarding the awake time after drunk and the time of drink symptoms disappearance , the experimental group showed shorter time than the control group also （ P 〈 0.05 ）. The awake time after drunk was （ 1.3 ± 0.1 ） h in the experimental group and was （ 4.2 ± 0.8 ） h in the control group. Then the time of drink symptoms disappearance was （ 1.3 ± 0.1 ） h in the experimental group and was （4.2 ± 0.8 ） h in the control group. Conclusion Aceglutamine combined with xingnaojing injection in the treatment of acute alcohol intoxication can significantly improve the therapeutic effect and shorten recovery time.
