川芎对衰老小鼠脑组织SOD和MDA及羟自由基的影响 被引量:14

摘要 目的:观察川芎对D-半乳糖致衰老小鼠脑组织SOD活力、MDA含量和抑制羟自由基能力的影响,从抗氧化和清除自由基的角度综合探讨川芎延缓衰老的作用。方法:选择成年昆明种小鼠皮下注射D-半乳糖建立衰老模型,建模成功后随机分为衰老模型组、生理盐水对照组和川芎治疗组,另设正常对照组。川芎治疗组用川芎提取液按中等剂量12g/kg给小鼠灌胃,连续灌胃21d;各组大鼠到相对应的时间点后测定脑组织中SOD活力、MDA含量和抑制羟自由基能力。结果:与正常对照组相比,衰老模型组大鼠脑组织中SOD活力和抑制羟自由基能力均显著降低(P<0.01),而MDA含量均明显升高(P<0.01);与衰老模型组相比,川芎治疗组脑组织中SOD活力和抑制羟自由基能力均显著升高(P<0.01),而丙二醛含量显著降低(P<0.01)。结论:川芎起到降低羟自由基,提高机体抗氧化能力,具有延缓衰老的作用。 Objective: To study Rhizoma Chuanxiong on the superoxide dismutase(SOD), malondialdehyde(MDA) and hydroxyl radical (OH) in cerebral cortex aging model mice. Methods:The aging model mice was established by iniection of D-galactose. Mice were randomly divided into of control group, model of aging group, normal saline(NS) and Rhlzo- ma Chuanxiong treatment group. The SOD and MDA and OH in cerebral cortex were detected. Results:The MDA in cerebral cortex of aging model mice was significantly increased than those in control group, But the activities of SOD and OH were significantly decreased than those in control group. After Rhizorna Chuanxiong intervention, the MDA in cerebral cortex of the Rhizoma Chuanxiong group was significantly decreased compared with the NS group and model of aging group respectively. But the activities of SOD and OH were significantly increased. Omdusion: Rhizoma Chuanxiong possess the reliable function oI eliminating free radicals in cerebral cortex in D-galactose induced aging model mice.
