摘要
简要介绍了真空玻璃的性能,针对目前真空玻璃因强度低和成本高而制约其应用和发展的问题,阐述了发展钢化真空玻璃的必要性。提出了采用封接温度低的焊接玻璃和改变真空玻璃生产工艺这两个创新的、有效的技术途径,同时指出,生产钢化真空玻璃的难点是钢化玻璃的退火。
This paper briefly explained the characteristics of vacuum glass.The high cost and low strength limit the developments of vacuum glass.This paper introduced two effective and innovation techniques：welding glass and improvements of production technology.In the meanwhile,the paper indicates that the difficulty of producing tempered vacuum glass is to anneal tempered glass.
