摘要
西单文化广场工程结构形式复杂， 局部梁柱节点钢筋密集，施工正值雨季，工期又紧。经优选施工方案，采用综合降水体系、长短护坡桩和预应力土钉结合的护坡体系、设置超长混凝土后浇带、外墙单侧支模、优化混凝土浇筑方案等施工技术， 做到了结构工程质量优良，经济效益显著。
Culture Plaza of Xidan is a project of complicated structure type.Rebar is densely crowded together in parts of beam-column joint.Furthermore,the construction was proceeding in rainy season with a very urgent scheduling.By optimum seeking construction methods,variety of advanced construction workmanship,such as comprehensive dewatering system,slope protection system with the combination of long or short shoring piles and prestressed concrete nail, over long post-pouring concrete band,single side formwork for exterior wall and optimum workmanship of concrete pouring were adopted.So that high quality structure was achieved as well as cost effectiveness.
