摘要
在建地铁线下穿地铁既有线隧道施工的核心目标是保证在建线和既有线的安全。结合北京地铁6号线下穿既有盾构区间的矿山法隧道施工实例,从隧道支护机理出发,介绍了该隧道的施工方案。其内容包括下穿既有线总体方案、具体施工方案、既有线加固、施工工序、技术措施和相应的技术参数等。现场监控量测和施工实践表明,该矿山法隧道的施工方案获得成功,可供类似工程参考。
When a tunnel is built under the existing line, one the core objectives is to ensure the safety of both the new and the existing lines. According to the engineering practice of Beijing subway Line 6 with the mine tunneling method undercrossing the existing shield interval of Line 4, the construction scheme of Shijiazhuang tunnel is discussed. Based on tunnel support mechanism, the general and spe- cific tunnel construction schemes, the reinforcement of ex- isting line, the construction procedure, the technical meas- ures and parameters are introduced. The scheme described in the paper has been proved to be successful by monitor measuring in site and practice, and will provide a good ref- erence to similar works.
