摘要
太阳能是一种取之不尽而又无污染的能源,太阳能集热器是太阳能利用的手段之一。使用太阳能光谱选择性涂层可以有效地提高太阳能集热器的集热效率。本研究首先对丙烯酸、醇酸、有机硅、环氧等几种树脂进行光学性能测试,选定丙烯酸树脂为本涂料用基料树脂。
An acrylic coating has been developed using high-viscosity polyacrylate asy basic resin, organosilicone resin as modifying resin, aliphatic isocyanateas curing agent, a mixture of metalic oxides as optical absorbent, and so on. The coating can be cured at room temperature to form a coating film which has good optical properties, weatherability, heat resistance. It is suitable for the application on the solar collector.
