摘要
本文介绍了可摘局部义齿临床设计的基本要求,强调保护基牙为设计的首要原则,并从支持、固位、稳定、连接等几个方面阐述了义齿的设计要点,供口腔医生在进行临床义齿修复工作中参考。
This article describes basic principles and concepts of removable partial denture （RPD） design. It focus- es on the primary consideration of preserving the abutment teeth and explains gist of RPD designing from aspects includ- ing support, retention, stabilization, connection and etc. to provide relevant information and guidance for prosthetic den- tists in clinical prosthetic dentistry.
