摘要
分析了环形超声波电动机制作中的定转子接触过程、压电陶瓷片的振幅与驱动源的关系、复合梁中性面的位置以及定子开槽对齿端面与中性面距离的影响等 。
This paper presents the analysis of the contract between rotor and stator in the manufacturing process of ring type ultrasonic motor, the relationship between the amplitude of voltage-ceramic chip and drive sources, the posision of neutral surface of complex girder and the influence of motor slots on the distance between tooth-end-surface and neutral surface. Finally, the corresponding conclusions are given.
