阐述了研究期刊编辑人员工作满意度的意义,列举了编辑人员工作满意度调查方法,探讨了编辑人员工作满意度相关性研究,提出了提高编辑人员工作满意度的措施。
This paper expounds the significance of the research on job satisfaction of journal editors,lists the methods for investigating job satisfaction of journal editors,probes into some correlational studies on job satisfaction of journal editors,and puts forward some measures for improving job satisfaction of journal editors.
