摘要
本文从病因病机、辨证论治两方面阐述了王珂主任治疗高血压病的经验。分为肝郁化火、阴虚阳亢、阴阳两虚三型,其中临床以肝郁化火,阴虚阳亢两型最为多见。王珂老师指出,高血压病的辨治,还应利用现代科技手段去研究,充实和提高,临床上还应配合西药降压药,中西医结合,临床观察降压效果满意。
This paper, from the etiology and two aspects of the syndrome differentiation and treatment WANG Ke hypertensive experience. Divided into the fire, Yin deficiency stomach hand, Yin and Yang two empty three type, including clinical to the fire biaoben huanji, Yin hand the most frequent two model. WANG Ke points out, the hypertension differentiation, still should use of modern means of science and technology to research, enrich and improve, still should cooperate with western medicine clinical use, combine traditional Chinese and western medicine, clinical observation hypotensive effect satisfaction.
