This paper introduces the OCR technology and its characteristics,advantages and application.Especially,the combined use of scanner greatly promote the popularization of the OCR technology.On thisbasis,this paper introduces the use methods and skills of the OCR technology comprehensively,and explores the applications of the OCR technology in Office automation.
