摘要
以马来西亚槟城二桥工程为依托,研究了最大钻孔深度达133.15m、嵌入微风化硬岩的最大厚度达10m、覆盖层以砂层与粉砂层为主的海上钻孔灌注桩的主要施工工艺和控制方法,包括施工平台布置、设备选型及改进、泥浆控制、成孔参数调整、水下混凝土配制与灌注等。解决了该工程钻孔灌注桩施工中的重大技术难题。
Based on the Penang Second Bridge project in Malaysia,at the conditions of the maximum boring depth reaches 133.15m and the maximum thickness built-in-slightly weathered hard-rock reaches 10m and the covered layers mostly are sand layers and mealy sand layers,primary construction technologies and control methods for bored piles in sea are studied,including the layout of construction platform,equipment selection and its amelioration,slurry control,adjusting boring parameters,concrete preparation and pouring under the water,and so on.The difficulties are solved by primary construction technologies and control methods finally.
