摘要
目的探讨腹腔镜辅助下腹壁小切口卵巢成熟性囊性畸胎瘤剥除术的临床应用。方法对61例卵巢成熟性囊性畸胎瘤病人行腹腔镜辅助下经腹壁小切口剥除手术，观察手术情况及术后恢复情况。结果61例患者手术均成功，无囊肿破裂囊液外溢人腹腔内、并发症和中转开腹发生，平均手术时间为21-44min，无切口感染，21冽有再生育要求者术后随访18-54个月，16例已怀孕。结论腹腔镜辅助下经腹壁小切口行卵巢成熟性囊性畸胎瘤剥除术安全有效，能够有效避免术中囊液外溢并有利于术后卵巢重建，术后对生育影响小。
Objective To explore the clinical value of cystectomy of mature teratoma of ovary by laparoscopy assis- ted minor abdominal section. Methods Cysteetomy by laparoseopy assisted minor abdominal section was performed in 61 cases diagnosed as mature ovary teratoma. Cyst rupture and leakage during operation, operation time and bleeding vol- unme, port side infection, and recovery were reviewed. Results All operations with laparoscopy assisted minor abdomi- nal section were successfully. No complications occurred. No cases were converted to laparotomy. No port side infection, cyst rupture or leakage during operation occurred. Conclusion Cystectomy of mature ovary teratoma by laparoscopy as- sisted minor abdominal section is effective and safe. It can effectively avoid cyst rupture and spillage during operation and thus benefit ovary reconstruction.
