瑞格列奈与二甲双胍联合治疗2型糖尿病临床体会 被引量:1

摘要 目的:探讨瑞格列奈与二甲双胍联合应用治疗2型糖尿病的有效性及安全性。方法:选择2型糖尿病患者60例,随机分为治疗组和对照组,治疗组为瑞格列奈与二甲双胍联合应用,对照组为单用二甲双胍。每组30例,用药治疗3个月,于第4、8、12周抽血测空腹血糖、餐后2小时血糖、糖化血红蛋白及体重等。并记录两组不良反应发生情况。结果:两组治疗后空腹血糖、餐后2小时血糖、糖化血红蛋白都有明显下降,与治疗前比较,差异有高度统计学意义(P<0.05)。治疗组不良反应发生率明显低于对照组,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论:瑞格列奈与二甲双胍联合应用治疗糖尿病疗效好,低血糖发生机率小,患者依从性好。
