本文概述了AP4 高聚物堵水剂的组成、原理、性能、施工工艺及应用效果。室内实验和现场应用表明 :AP4 高聚物堵水剂具有堵得浅、堵得牢、材料费用低、工艺简便、应用范围较大等特点。对于薄油层、厚油层。
The titled water plugging agent composed of an acrylamide copolymer, AP 6, methylenediacrylamide, and initiator ammomium persulfate in aqueous solution. A typical gelling fluid gelates and completely hardens in 1.5 hrs at 45℃, in ~5 hrs at 30℃ and in >10 hrs at 20℃. The gelling fluid can be used in combination with a particulated diverting agent. The breakthrough pressure of the plugged cores is >8 MPa. This gelling fluid alone or in combination with diverting agent can be used for water control in thin, thick and fractured reservoir strata and for channelling sealing in production wells. In water plugging and channelling sealing operations in 120 production wells(135 stratum layers) successfulness of 95% and blockage lasting time of 2 years are observed.
